Refund policy

Returns

We have a 'NO' return policy, thus you cannot return the product. Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing flaw or is damaged.

Also, when returning, the label tag must be in place and in perfect condition.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

Send an email to gagmestudios@gmail.com with the product image and desired size for exchange.

The label tag must be present and in perfect shape or the exchange will not be approved.
